Dried Capsicum flakes are delicious

You can add them directly to pasta sauces,soups.

You can rehydrate some in a little Olive oil,water or vinegar  then use them in lemon butter or garlic butter sauces, on top of pizzas, savoury butters,salad dressings,stuffings,meatballs,rice,potato and pasta salads.

They are excellent in feta cheese,Persian Feta Olive marinades,Meat Marinades.

With a  full sweet roasted capsicum flavour  they are excellent in Indian,Middle Eastern,Italian soups,sauces,Pizza and pasta toppers of sauces.
