We can ship virtually any address in Australia.
The only condition is that if you are outside the City Metro Area you will need to pay the difference, The shipping amount paid is only for City Metro Areas.
When you place an order, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your item, we use www.hunterexpress.com.au for larger items and Australia Post for Smaller Items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if it is a result of the return being our fault.
- We will accept goods for change of mind however you will need to pay shipping costs, both on sending and receiving.
- Goods should be unopened and in original condition.
- We will not accept returns if the item does not meet your taste expectations. We are all different and all have different tastes something you like, someone else may not.
- You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days Including your shipping time or within 24 hours of us receiving the return.
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
