Traditionally a Middle Eastern Spice with a zesty Lemon flavour.

The Spice is so good sprinkled on Grilled or BBQ seafood added to Hummus , Yoghurt , mixed with salad dressings, added to mariandes for fish seafood and Lamb or Chicken i love it added to fresh lemon juice and used as a salad or meat dressing.
